CHR is the health and wellness division of Catalina Marketing Corporation. CHR was launched in 1994 to provide consumers with easy access to medical information specific to their health needs, and has grown to be one of the nation's leading providers of healthcare communications.
CHR's primary business is delivering healthcare information to patients and consumers. Unlike some companies, we deliver this information to each patient, every time they fill a prescription in a CHR network pharmacy. We most often do this via a printed, tri-folded paper called PatientLink™.
Each PatientLink™ is a unique creation, printed for a specific patient as their prescription is filled, and attached to or inserted into the patient's prescription bag. The pharmacy staff then delivers the PatientLink™ to the patient along with their prescription. In fact, PatientLink™ contains much of the written information pharmacies are required to distribute to patients along with their prescription, and may even contain the patient's co-pay receipt. This helps to ensure delivery of the message, and increases readership of PatientLink™ by the patient.
