Each PatientLink™ provides customized information designed with the needs of the patient in mind. Patients are matched to a particular message by a variety of factors that can include the patient's current prescription, prescription history, age, gender and other factors. CHR can even target patients based on unique combinations of prescription products the patient is taking or has taken in the past, changes to dose or therapy, and other combinations of selection criteria.
